Law No. 14 of 21 February 2024
The decree ratifying and executing the Italy-Albania protocol for strengthening cooperation in migration matters was definitively approved, whereby Albania grants Italy two areas of its territory (at the port of Shengjin and inland, near the locality of Gjadër) to build facilities for border procedures or migrant return procedures.
