The Pact on Migration & Asylum corresponds to the third generation of rules in EU Asylum law. Due to its importance and complexity, the Odysseus Academic Network for Legal Studies on Immigration and Asylum in Europe has decided to provide the opportunity to better understand these complex rules by providing an in-depth legal analysis of their content at the occasion of the European Conferences that it organises every two years.
The conference is divided into six different sessions each devoted to one aspect of the pact, including the opening one providing a global understanding of the evolution of the EU policy and legal framework that the pact induces.
On October the 17th, Professor Alessia Di Pascale will chair the last Session on the Conference, dedicated to the tools of control.
